Ingredients
Atta - 1 cup
Jaggery -3/4 cup
Coconut milk -1/2 cup
cardamom -1/4 spoon
Oil or ghee - Little
Salt - A pinch
Method
Mix atta , jaggery, cardamom, coconut milk and salt with very little water and mix well till it becomes dosa batter consistency.
Keep it aside for half an hour.
After 30 minutes heat dosa tawa and prepare sweet dosa with very little oil or ghee.
