Ingredients

Peanut  -1 cup
Salt       - Required
Coconut -2 spoons

For seasoning

Oil -  1 spoon
Mustard  -1/2 spoon
Bengal gram - 1/2 spoon
Urad dhal-1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - pinch
Red chilly - 1

Method

Soak peanut for an hour and drain.
Heat a pan add oil and add all the ingredients that are given for seasoning one by one.
Now add the drained peanuts salt and cook on a slow flame for a minute.
Add coconut and the sundal is ready to serve.

Oats upma
Ingredients

Oats    - 1cup
Onion  -1/2 cup
Cut vegetables - 1/2 cup
(carrot,beans ,peas)
Mustard    -1/2 spoon
Ginger              -1spoon
Garlic               -1/2 spoon
Green chillies
Jeera    - 1/2 spoon
Bengal gram -1/2 spoon
Oil            - 2spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander
Salt
Water -300 ml

Method

Heat pan and dry roast oats for two minutes and collect it in a cup.
Heat oil add mustard, Bengal gram, ginger, garlic, jeera , green chilies one by one in a medium flame.
Now add onion and saute for a minute .
Add water , vegetables, and salt and bring it to boil.
Add oats and mix well and cook for 4 minutes.
When it leaves the sides of the pan switch off the stove and add curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve it with chutney and sambar.
