Cheese toast/ How to prepare masala cheese toast

Ingredients

Bread - 5
Onions chopped - 3 Tsp
Mixed vegetables- 1/2 cup
Green chillies-2Tsp chopped
Chilli powder-1/2 Tsp
Oil                 - 3 Tsp
Potato   -1
Garam masala-1 Tsp
Coriander chopped -2Tsp
Salt
Mozarilla cheese


Method

Boil mixed vegetables and potatoes. Mash the potatoes.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add onions and fry for a minute.'
Add chillies, mixed vegetables,potato,chilli powder,garam masala and salt coriander and mix well .
Cook in a low flame for 2 minutes.
Allow it to cool and divide it into 5 balls.
Spread one portion on each bread and sieve the cheese on top of this.
If you have an oven you can bake these toast in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. 
If you don't have an oven you can heat a non-stick pan, apply little butter and spread all the five pieces of bread with toppings and cook on a low flame until the cheese melts and serve.


peanut sundal/verkadalai sundal/healthy sundal

Ingredients

Peanut  -1 cup
Salt       - Required
Coconut -2 spoons

For seasoning

Oil -  1 spoon
Mustard  -1/2 spoon
Bengal gram - 1/2 spoon
Urad dhal-1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - pinch
Red chilly - 1

Method

Soak peanut for an hour and drain.
Heat a pan add oil and add all the ingredients that are given for seasoning one by one.
Now add the drained peanuts salt and cook on a slow flame for a minute.
Add coconut and the sundal is ready to serve.
