1. Tomato juice

Ingredients:-
3 medium size tomato
Salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin powder
Water as required

How to make tomato juice for weight loss:-
Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend until you get desired consistency. Drink in the morning for best results.

2. Water melon juice

Ingredients:-

1/2 to 1/5 watermelon
Lemon juice ( Optional)

How to make watermelon juice for weight loss:-
Wash, peel, cut and deseed the water melon. Add the chunks to the blender and blend. Add lemon juice if required. Your juice is ready.

3. Carrot and orange juice.

Ingredients:-
2 oranges
1 cup chopped carrot
1.5 tsp Honey
Water as required

How to make carrot and orange juice for weight loss:-

Peel, deseed and cut the oranges in small pieces...remove some skin from pieces if possible. Add with carrots to the grinder and grind for few seconds on full speed. Once you get a smooth paste Add honey and water, than blend again.

4. Dried cranberries and apricots juice

Ingredients:-
Handful of dried cranberries
Handful of dried apricots
Water as required
Honey to taste

How to make cranberries and apricots juice :-

Soak sun dried cranberries and apricots for minimum 40 minuets to overnight. Add to blender with water and make a smooth paste ...add more water as required and honey and blend again.

5. Beet root juice

Ingredients:-
2 beet root
Some lemon juice
Water as required
Salt as required

How to make beet root juice for weight loss ;-
Wash, peel beet root, cut in to pieces add to the blender with juice or 1/2 lemon. And blend on high speed. Once done add water and blend again.

1. Cucumber juice

Ingredients:-
One cucumber ( large or 2 small)
2 tsp lemon juice
Small pieces of ginger
1 tsp spice mix
Water as required
Optional :-
1 tsp honey
Some fresh mint or coriander leaves

Directions/ how to make cucumber juice:-
After washing Remove both ends of cucumber ...cut the cucumber into small pieces..in a grinder or blender ...blend the cucumber and ginger first..once blended nicely add rest of the ingredients and blend again. Your tasty healthy cucumber juice is ready to serve.

2. Bottle gourd juice / Lauki ka juice.

Ingredients:-
1 cup peeled and chopped Lauki
1.5 tsp mint powder (or use 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Pinch of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Water as required
Lemon (Optional)

Directions/ How to make Lauki juice :-
Blend the pieces of Lauki with mint first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve.

3. Moringa juice

Ingredients:-
4-5 sprigs of Moringa
Or use 1.5 tsp of Moringa powder
3-4 slices of pineapple
1-2 tsp honey (Optional)
Water as required

Directions / how to make Moringa juice:-
Blend the pieces of pineapple and with moringa first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve

4. Spinach juice

Ingredients:-
2 handful of spinach
1/2 cup chopped mango
Honey as per taste
Water as required

Blend the pieces of mango with spinach first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve

5. Bitter gourd (karele ka juice)

Ingredients:-
1-2 bitter gourd
230 ml Apple juice
Water as required
2 tsp Lemon juice

Directions/ how to make karele ka juice:-
Wash, peel and deseed one or 2 bitter gourd. Cut them into,pieces..Blend the pieces of bitter gourd  alone first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve
