5 Green Juices Recipes | Weight Loss| How to make Moringa, Lauki, cucumber, spinach juice| In Hindi

Green juices are really good for your Digestion, they lowers cholesterol, control blood sugar, good for liver and yes they help you detox and thus promotes healthy weight loss. Today I will be sharing with you not just one or two but 5 green juice recipe that will help you lose that extra weight.



1. Cucumber juice

Ingredients:-
One cucumber ( large or 2 small)
2 tsp lemon juice
Small pieces of ginger
1 tsp spice mix
Water as required
Optional :-
1 tsp honey
Some fresh mint or coriander leaves

Directions/ how to make cucumber juice:-
After washing Remove both ends of cucumber ...cut the cucumber into small pieces..in a grinder or blender ...blend the cucumber and ginger first..once blended nicely add rest of the ingredients and blend again. Your tasty healthy cucumber juice is ready to serve.

2. Bottle gourd juice / Lauki ka juice.

Ingredients:-
1 cup peeled and chopped Lauki
1.5 tsp mint powder (or use 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Pinch of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Water as required
Lemon (Optional)

Directions/ How to make Lauki juice :-
Blend the pieces of Lauki with mint first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve.

3. Moringa juice

Ingredients:-
4-5 sprigs of Moringa
Or use 1.5 tsp of Moringa powder
3-4 slices of pineapple
1-2 tsp honey (Optional)
Water as required

Directions / how to make Moringa juice:-
Blend the pieces of pineapple and with moringa first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve

4. Spinach juice

Ingredients:-
2 handful of spinach
1/2 cup chopped mango
Honey as per taste
Water as required

Directions/ how to make spinach juice:-
Blend the pieces of mango with spinach first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve

5. Bitter gourd (karele ka juice)

Ingredients:-
1-2 bitter gourd
230 ml Apple juice
Water as required
2 tsp Lemon juice

Directions/ how to make karele ka juice:-
Wash, peel and deseed one or 2 bitter gourd. Cut them into,pieces..Blend the pieces of bitter gourd  alone first without any water. Once blended nicely with no chunks left...add rest of the ingredients and blend again your healthy juice is ready to serve
